The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the Shadow Hills Knights (Indio, CA) and the visiting Xavier Prep Saints (Palm Desert, CA), observed Shadow Hills's basketball team overwhelm Xavier Prep by a margin of 55-32.

The Knights (6-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Palm Springs (Palm Springs, CA). The Indians come into the challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Palm Springs was trounced by Beckman (Irvine, CA), 61-46, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Saints battle the Palm Springs Indians (Palm Springs, CA) in a challenge, on Monday, January 13. Xavier Prep will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record.
