North Carolina High School Basketball - Asheville toppled by T.C. Roberson

T.C. Roberson Rams (Asheville, NC) supporters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Asheville Cougars (Asheville, NC), 60-45 in a league match.

With the victory, T.C. Roberson advances its record to 8-5 on the year. The Rams travel to Erwin (Asheville, NC) to face the Warriors in a 3A/4A Mountain match on Tuesday, January 14. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 11-3.

The Cougars now own a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McDowell for a 3A/4A Mountain match on Tuesday, January 14. Asheville will face a Titans squad coming off a 70-51 league win over North Buncombe (Weaverville, NC). The Titans record now stands at 14-0.
