Ohio High School Basketball - Avon holds off Berea-Midpark

January 8, 2025: Berea, OH 44017

In Wednesday's league contest, the visiting Avon Eagles basketball team scored a close 45-42 triumph over the Berea-Midpark Titans.

The Eagles (11-2) will now prepare for their contest against Midview (Grafton, OH). The Middies go into the Southwestern contest with a 4-7 record. In their last contest, Midview was tipped by North Ridgeville (North Ridgeville, OH), 50-31, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Titans confront the North Ridgeville Rangers (North Ridgeville, OH) in a Southwestern contest, on Saturday, January 11. Berea-Midpark will attempt to better on its 7-4 season record. The Rangers go into the contest with a 5-6 record after their 50-31 league win over Midview (Grafton, OH).
