The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the Madison Blue Streaks (Madison, OH) and the visiting Edgewood Warriors (Ashtabula, OH), observed Madison's basketball team overwhelm Edgewood by a score of 78-49.

The Blue Streaks (10-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Geneva (Geneva, OH). The Eagles come into the Chagrin Valley - Lake challenge with a 2-10 record. In their last challenge, Geneva was routed by Jefferson Area (Jefferson, OH), 43-32, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Warriors encounter the Corry Beavers (Corry, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 11. Edgewood will attempt to improve on its 8-3 season record. The Beavers come into the challenge with a 4-5 record after their 43-24 non-league loss to Northwestern (Albion, PA).
