Fort Osage Indians (Independence, MO) supporters left the game happy Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Truman Patriots (Independence, MO), 58-33 in a league match.

With the victory, Fort Osage advances its record to 8-3 on the year. The Indians travel to Belton (Belton, MO) to meet the Pirates in a Kansas City Suburban match on Thursday, January 9. The Pirates enter the match with a record of 0-8.

The Patriots now own a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kearney for a non-league match on Thursday, January 9.
