Idaho High School Basketball - Thunder Ridge thwarts Highland

January 8, 2025: Pocatello, ID 83201

The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the Thunder Ridge Titans (Idaho Falls, ID) and the host Highland Rams (Pocatello, ID), observed Thunder Ridge's basketball team knock off Highland by a score of 58-42.

The Titans (9-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Rigby (Rigby, ID). The Trojans come into the 6A Southern Idaho challenge with a 8-6 record. In their last challenge, Rigby prevailed over Madison (Rexburg, ID), 46-43, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Rams battle the Canyon Ridge Riverhawks (Twin Falls, ID) in a 6A Southern Idaho challenge, on Friday, January 10. Highland will attempt to improve on its 6-7 season record. The Riverhawks come into the challenge with a 3-8 record after their 47-44 non-league win over Buhl (Buhl, ID).
