The Big Green Machines (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Romulus (Romulus, NY). The Warriors come into the Section 5 Finger Lakes - West challenge with a 1-7 record. In their last challenge, Romulus was knocked off by Honeoye (Honeoye, NY), 37-26, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles encounter the Mount Morris Blue Devils (Mount Morris, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 9. Wayland-Cohocton will attempt to improve on its 0-7 season record. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 47-37 non-league loss to Geneseo (Geneseo, NY).
