The Alhambra Bulldogs basketball squad (Martinez, CA), was nudged 25-19 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Las Lomas Knights (Walnut Creek, CA)
With the victory, Las Lomas advances its record to 4-11 on the year. The Knights host Acalanes (Lafayette, CA) to meet the Dons in a battle on Monday, January 13. The Dons enter the battle with a record of 0-5.
The Bulldogs now own a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pinole Valley for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 9. Alhambra will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 51-47 non-league win over Heritage (Brentwood, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 1-1.
