In their last challenge, Fayetteville Outliers was tipped by Village Christian Academy (Fayetteville, NC), 71-20, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Cougars battle the North Duplin Rebels (Calypso, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. Neuse Charter will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record. The Rebels come into the challenge with a 3-7 record after their 55-36 non-league win over Bear Grass Charter (Williamston, NC).
