California High School Soccer - Mater Dei knocks off Servite

January 8, 2025: Anaheim, CA 92801

In Wednesday's league outing, the visiting Mater Dei Monarchs soccer squad scored a tight 5-2 victory over the Servite Friars.

The Monarchs (9-0) will now prepare for their outing against JSerra Catholic (San Juan Capistrano, CA). The Lions go into the Trinity outing with a 5-0 record. In their last outing, JSerra Catholic got by Orange Lutheran (Orange, CA), 7-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Friars play the St. John Bosco Braves (Bellflower, CA) in a Trinity outing, on Friday, January 10. Servite will attempt to improve on its 6-3 season record.
