The Arleta Mustangs (Arleta, CA) basketball nipped the visiting Monroe Vikings (North Hills, CA), 62-56 in Monday's league test.

The Mustangs (10-9) will now prepare for their test against North Hollywood (North Hollywood, CA). The Huskies go into the East Valley test with a 11-7 record. In their last test, North Hollywood was tipped by Grant (Van Nuys, CA), 105-46, in a league test.
