In Monday's non-league outing, the Lower Cape May Tigers (Cape May, NJ) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Cape May County Tech Hawks (Cape May Court House, NJ), by a margin of 62-32.
The Tigers (9-0) will now prepare for their outing against Mainland Regional (Linwood, NJ). The Mustangs go into the Cape/Atlantic - National outing with a 8-2 record. In their last outing, Mainland Regional smashed Oakcrest (Mays Landing, NJ), 76-42, in a league outing.
The Hawks now own a 0-9 record. They play next when they host Buena for a Cape/Atlantic - United outing on Wednesday, January 11. Cape May County Tech will clash with a Chiefs squad coming off a 69-41 league loss to Pleasantville (Pleasantville, NJ). The Chiefs record now stands at 1-8.
