Maryland High School Basketball - Whitman thwarts Churchill

The Whitman Vikings (Bethesda, MD) basketball knocked off the visiting Churchill Bulldogs (Potomac, MD), 61-53 in Monday's league test.
The Vikings (9-2) will now prepare for their test against Watkins Mill (Gaithersburg, MD). The Wolverines go into the non-league test with a 0-11 record.
The Bulldogs now own a 7-3 record. They play next when they host Whitman for a Montgomery 4A South test on Tuesday, January 24.
