The Olmsted Owls basketball team scored 40 points and held the host City Honors Centaurs to 34 in the Owls league triumph on Monday.

The Owls now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Riverside for a Section 6 Buffalo II contest on Wednesday, January 11. Olmsted will face a Frontiers team coming off a 50-29 league loss to City Honors (Buffalo, NY). The Frontiers record now stands at 0-7.

With the defeat, City Honors moves to 3-5 on the year. The Centaurs travel to Burgard (Buffalo, NY) to face the Bulldogs in a Section 6 Buffalo II game on Wednesday, January 11. The Bulldogs enter the game with a record of 4-2. Burgard lost 49-45 in their recent league game against Math Science Tech Prep at Seneca (Buffalo, NY)
