Washington High School Basketball - Colfax can't hold off Lakeside

The Lakeside Eagles basketball team scored 60 points and held the host Colfax Bulldogs to 58 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Monday.
The Eagles now sport a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Medical Lake for a 1A Northeast contest on Friday, January 13. Lakeside will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 64-28 league loss to Freeman (Rockford, WA). The Cardinals record now stands at 1-11.
The Bulldogs (11-2) will now prepare for their contest against Davenport (Davenport, WA). The Gorillas enter the 2B Bi-County contest with a 12-1 record. In their last contest, Davenport nudged Chewelah (Chewelah, WA), 74-31, in a league contest.
