The Cooper Dragons basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the host Village Vikings to 45 in the Dragons non-league victory on Monday.
The Dragons now sport a 12-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Andrew's for a Southwest Prep - South contest on Friday, January 13. Cooper will battle a Highlanders team coming off a 69-55 league loss to Kinkaid (Houston, TX). The Highlanders record now stands at 4-16.
The Vikings (2-13) will now prepare for their contest against HCYA (Houston, TX). The come into the non-league contest with a 10-10 record. In their last contest, HCYA prevailed over Varsity Opponent (, ), 60-54, in a non-league contest.
