Maranatha Christian Academy Mustangs (Brooklyn Park, MN) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host St. Agnes Aggies (St. Paul, MN), 81-38 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Maranatha Christian Academy upgrades its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Providence Academy (Plymouth, MN) to play the Lions in a AA Section 5 bout on Wednesday, January 11. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 2-7. Providence Academy lost 60-28 in their recent non-league bout against Jordan (Jordan, MN)

Next up, the Aggies play the South St. Paul Packers (South St. Paul, MN) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 11. St. Agnes will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Packers come into the bout with a 6-2 record after their 74-64 league win over Highland Park (St. Paul, MN).
