The Sand Rock Wildcats basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting Cedar Bluff Tigers to 37 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Monday.

The Wildcats now sport a 10-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fyffe for a 2A Area 12 contest on Tuesday, January 10.

The Tigers (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Coosa (Rome, GA). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 3-14 record. In their last contest, Coosa was routed by Pepperell (Lindale, GA), 53-39, in a league contest.
