With the win, Upper St. Clair upgrades its record to 7-2 on the season. The Panthers host Canon-McMillan (Canonsburg, PA) to clash with the Big Macs in a WPIAL 6A 2 bout on Thursday, January 12. The Big Macs go into the bout with a record of 4-5.

Next up, the Colts clash with the Peters Township Indians (McMurray, PA) in a WPIAL 6A 2 bout, on Friday, January 13. Chartiers Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 7-4 record after their 55-50 league loss to Mt. Lebanon (Pittsburgh, PA).
