Episcopal School of Jacksonville Eagles (Jacksonville, FL) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Yulee Hornets (Yulee, FL), 58-25 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Episcopal School of Jacksonville upgrades its record to 8-7 on the season. The Eagles host Providence School (Jacksonville, FL) to play the Stallions in a 3A District 3 bout on Thursday, January 12. The Stallions go into the bout with a record of 12-3. Providence School lost 50-35 in their recent non-league bout against Ponte Vedra (Ponte Vedra, FL)

Next up, the Hornets play the Baker County Wildcats (Glen St. Mary, FL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 12. Yulee will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 10-4 record after their 35-32 non-league win over West Nassau (Callahan, FL).
