The Franklin Academy Huskies basketball team scored 45 points and held the visiting Massena Red Raiders to 34 in the Huskies league triumph on Monday.

The Huskies now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Potsdam for a Section 10 Central contest on Thursday, January 12. Franklin Academy will battle a Sandstoners team coming off a 69-49 league loss to Ogdensburg Free Academy (Ogdensburg, NY). The Sandstoners record now stands at 4-5.

The Red Raiders (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Norwood-Norfolk (Norwood, NY). The Flyers enter the non-league contest with a 1-8 record. In their last contest, Norwood-Norfolk was defeated by St. Lawrence Central (Brasher Falls, NY), 59-36, in a non-league contest.
