Connecticut High School Basketball - Notre Dame Catholic topped by Immaculate

January 9, 2023: Danbury, CT 06810

The Immaculate Mustangs basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the visiting Notre Dame Catholic Lancers to 32 in the Mustangs league victory on Monday.

The Mustangs now sport a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New Fairfield for a Southwest - Patriot contest on Thursday, January 12. Immaculate will battle a Rebels team coming off a 34-25 league win over Weston (Weston, CT). The Rebels record now stands at 5-2.

The Lancers (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Pomperaug (Southbury, CT). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 8-1 record. In their last contest, Pomperaug prevailed over Bunnell (Stratford, CT), 76-35, in a league contest.
