Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Riverview fells Jeannette

January 9, 2023: Oakmont, PA 15139

Riverview Raiders (Oakmont, PA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Jeannette Jayhawks (Jeannette, PA), 42-25 in a league bout.

With the win, Riverview upgrades its record to 7-6 on the season. The Raiders travel to St. Joseph (Natrona Heights, PA) to confront the Spartans in a WPIAL 1A 3 challenge on Monday, January 16. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 8-2.

Next up, the Jayhawks confront the Leechburg Blue Devils (Leechburg, PA) in a WPIAL 1A 3 challenge, on Monday, January 16. Jeannette will attempt to improve on its 1-12 season record.
