The Kingsland Knights routed the visiting Southland Rebels basketball team by a final score of 63-27 in Monday's league game.
In their next game, the Knights face the Houston Hurricanes (Houston, MN) in a A Section 1 battle, on Tuesday, January 10. Kingsland will attempt to better on its 9-4 season record. The Hurricanes come into the battle with a 3-7 record after their 57-49 non-league loss to Fillmore Central (Harmony, MN).
The Rebels (2-8) will now prepare for their battle against LeRoy-Ostrander (LeRoy, MN). The Cardinals come into the A Section 1 battle with a 1-7 record. In their last battle, LeRoy-Ostrander was routed by Rushford-Peterson (Rushford, MN), 68-31, in a non-league battle.
