The Rocky Grove Orioles basketball team (Franklin, PA), was overwhelmed 52-9 in Monday's league battle with the host Maplewood Tigers (Guys Mills, PA)
The Tigers now possess a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Saegertown for a District 10 Region 2 battle on Thursday, January 12. Maplewood will battle a Panthers team coming off a 44-41 league win over Union City (Union City, PA). The Panthers record now stands at 6-6.
The Orioles (0-7) will now prepare for their battle against Union (Rimersburg, PA). The Knights/Damsels come into the non-league battle with a 1-4 record.
