Santa Rosa Academy Rangers (Menifee, CA) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Temecula Prep Patriots (Winchester, CA), 51-46 in a league bout.

With the victory, Santa Rosa Academy upgrades its record to 4-5 on the campaign. The Rangers travel to Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School (Temecula, CA) to play the Mustangs in a South Valley bout on Wednesday, January 11. The Mustangs come into the bout with a record of 1-3. Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School lost 75-17 in their recent league bout against San Jacinto Valley Academy (San Jacinto, CA)

Next up, the Patriots play the California Military Institute Rough Riders (Perris, CA) in a South Valley bout, on Wednesday, January 11. Temecula Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 1-13 season record.
