The Seton LaSalle Rebels basketball team scored 54 points and held the host South Allegheny Gladiators to 46 in the Rebels league win on Monday.

With the win, Seton LaSalle upgrades its record to 8-4 on the season. The Rebels host Our Lady of the Sacred Heart (Coraopolis, PA) to play the Chargers in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 12. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 7-4. Our Lady of the Sacred Heart won 54-7 in their recent league bout against East Allegheny (North Versailles, PA)

Next up, the Gladiators play the Keystone Oaks Golden Eagles (Pittsburgh, PA) in a WPIAL 3A 2 bout, on Thursday, January 12. South Allegheny will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record. The Golden Eagles go into the bout with a 9-2 record after their 55-48 league win over Avonworth (Pittsburgh, PA).
