Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Shade trounces Turkeyfoot Valley Area

The Shade Panthers (Cairnbrook, PA) basketball crushed the host Turkeyfoot Valley Area Rams (Confluence, PA), 70-48 in Monday's league test.

The Panthers (8-2) will now prepare for their test against Windber (Windber, PA). The Ramblers go into the non-league test with a 6-4 record. In their last test, Windber walloped North Star (Boswell, PA), 61-33, in a league test.

The Rams now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they host Union for a non-league test on Wednesday, January 11. Turkeyfoot Valley Area will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 54-38 non-league loss to Grafton (Grafton, WV). The Tigers record now stands at 2-6.
