The Wisdom Generals basketball team scored 39 points and held the visiting Sharpstown Apollos to 21 in the Generals league triumph on Monday.

The Generals now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Austin for a 5A Region III District 19 contest on Saturday, January 14. Wisdom will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 57-13 league loss to Waltrip (Houston, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-10.

The Apollos (0-11) will now prepare for their contest against Sterling (Houston, TX). The Raiders enter the 5A Region III District 19 contest with a 6-4 record.
