Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Tunstall Trojans (Dry Fork, VA) and the visiting Dan River Wildcats (Ringgold, VA), saw Tunstall's basketball squad overcome Dan River by a tally of 37-17.

With the victory, Tunstall improves its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Martinsville (Martinsville, VA) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 13. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 0-1.

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Gretna Hawks (Gretna, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 10. Dan River will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The Hawks come into the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 47-28 non-league win over Chatham (Chatham, VA).
