The Las Lomas Knights basketball team (Walnut Creek, CA), was nudged 41-38 in Monday's league battle with the host Northgate Broncos (Walnut Creek, CA)
The Broncos now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Alhambra for a battle on Wednesday, January 11. Northgate will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 40-29 league win over Acalanes (Lafayette, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-7.
The Knights (7-5) will now prepare for their battle against Miramonte (Orinda, CA). The Matadors come into the battle with a 2-3 record. In their last battle, Miramonte was nudged by Clayton Valley Charter (Concord, CA), 42-20, in a league battle.
