The McQueen Lancers basketball team scored 39 points and held the host Carson Senators to 37 in the Lancers league triumph on Monday.

The Lancers now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Damonte Ranch for a contest on Tuesday, January 17.

The Senators (4-12) will now prepare for their contest against Douglas (Minden, NV). The Tigers enter the contest with a 8-7 record. In their last contest, Douglas was nudged by Galena (Reno, NV), 51-49, in a league contest.
