South Carolina High School Basketball - Crestwood can't hold off Marlboro County

The Marlboro County Bulldogs basketball team scored 45 points and held the visiting Crestwood Knights to 42 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Monday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lakewood for a contest on Thursday, January 12. Marlboro County will battle a Gators team coming off a 51-46 non-league win over Trinity Collegiate (Darlington, SC). The Gators record now stands at 1-2.
The Knights (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Darlington (Darlington, SC). The Falcons enter the contest with a 9-1 record. In their last contest, Darlington nudged Camden (Camden, SC), 51-48, in a league contest.
