The Fluvanna County Flying Flucos (Palmyra, VA) basketball knocked off the visiting Orange County Fighting Hornets (Orange, VA), 56-42 in Monday's non-league test.

The Flying Flucos (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Monticello (Charlottesville, VA). The Mustangs go into the non-league test with a 7-3 record. In their last test, Monticello went down by Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA), 50-35, in a non-league test.

The Fighting Hornets now own a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Albemarle for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 10.
