Virginia High School Basketball - Jamestown can't hold off Lafayette

The Lafayette Rams basketball team scored 47 points and restricted the visiting Jamestown Eagles to 43 in the Rams non-league victory on Monday.
The Rams now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Warhill for a non-league contest on Friday, January 13. Lafayette will meet a Lions team coming off a 55-44 non-league loss to Smithfield (Smithfield, VA). The Lions record now stands at 2-9.
With the defeat, Jamestown moves to 1-6 on the year. The Eagles host Grafton (Yorktown, VA) to meet the Clippers in a non-league match on Wednesday, January 11. The Clippers enter the match with a record of 11-1. Grafton won 61-31 in their recent non-league match against York (Yorktown, VA)
