Nevada High School Basketball - Adelson ripped by Laughlin

The Laughlin Cougars basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Adelson to 36 in the Cougars league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cougars now sport a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Mead Academy for a 2A Southern contest on Friday, January 12. Laughlin will battle a Eagles team coming off a 79-44 league win over GV Christian (Henderson, NV). The Eagles record now stands at 12-4.

The (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against Needles (Needles, CA). The Mustangs enter the 2A Southern contest with a 16-0 record. In their last contest, Needles triumphed over Lake Mead Academy (Henderson, NV), 58-55, in a league contest.
