The Magnolia Panthers basketball team scored 76 points and restricted the visiting Ashdown Panthers to 24 in the Panthers league victory on Tuesday.
The Panthers now sport a 10-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Malvern for a 4A Region 7 contest on Friday, January 12. Magnolia will battle a Leopards team coming off a 50-41 league loss to Nashville (Nashville, AR). The Leopards record now stands at 4-5.
The Panthers (0-8) will now prepare for their contest against Camden Fairview (Camden, AR). The Cardinals come into the 4A Region 7 contest with a 7-6 record. In their last contest, Camden Fairview was routed by Arkadelphia (Arkadelphia, AR), 72-52, in a league contest.
