Arkansas High School Basketball - Barton can't hold off Lee

The Lee Trojans basketball team scored 49 points and restricted the host Barton Bears to 44 in the Trojans league victory on Tuesday.
The Trojans now sport a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carlisle for a 2A Region 6 contest on Friday, January 12. Lee will battle a Bison team coming off a 63-56 league win over Palestine-Wheatley (Palestine, AR). The Bison record now stands at 6-6.
The Bears (10-2) will now prepare for their contest against Hazen (Hazen, AR). The Hornets come into the 2A Region 6 contest with a 0-8 record. In their last contest, Hazen was nudged by KIPP Delta (Helena, AR), 70-65, in a league contest.
