Minnesota High School Basketball - Benson ripped by West Central Area

The West Central Area Knights basketball team scored 86 points and held the host Benson to 53 in the Knights league triumph on Tuesday.
The Knights now sport a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Montevideo for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 11. West Central Area will battle a Thunderhawks team coming off a 64-60 non-league win over Sauk Centre (Sauk Centre, MN). The Thunderhawks record now stands at 8-4.
The (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against Melrose (Melrose, MN). The Dutchmen enter the non-league contest with a 8-3 record. In their last contest, Melrose triumphed over Minnewaska Area (Glenwood, MN), 66-43, in a non-league contest.
