In Tuesday's league outing, the Bluff City Gray Wolves (Memphis, TN) basketball squad edged the visiting Mitchell Tigers (Memphis, TN), by a margin of 72-70.
The Gray Wolves (1-4) will now prepare for their outing against Memphis Academy of Science and Engineering (Memphis, TN). The Phoenix go into the non-league outing with a 9-3 record. The Tigers now own a 1-12 record. They play next when they host Fairley for a 2A District 16 outing on Friday, January 12. Mitchell will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 47-44 non-league win over Wooddale (Memphis, TN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-7.
