The George Rogers Clark Cardinals (Winchester, KY) basketball crushed the visiting Bourbon County Colonels (Paris, KY), 68-46 in Tuesday's league test.
The Cardinals (15-1) will now prepare for their test against Montgomery County (Mt. Sterling, KY). The Indians go into the District 40 test with a 7-9 record. In their last test, Montgomery County was trounced by Pendleton County (Falmouth, KY), 71-70, in a non-league test.
The Colonels now own a 7-7 record. They play next when they host Pendleton County for a non-league test on Thursday, January 11. Bourbon County will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 71-70 non-league win over Montgomery County (Mt. Sterling, KY). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-8.
