The Boyd-Buchanan Buccaneers basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Notre Dame Fighting Irish to 36 in the Buccaneers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Buccaneers now sport a 14-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Concord Christian for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 13.

The Fighting Irish (3-15) will now prepare for their contest against Red Bank (Chattanooga, TN). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 15-5 record. In their last contest, Red Bank ran past East Ridge (Chattanooga, TN), 93-64, in a league contest.
