The Brook Hill Guard basketball team (Bullard, TX), was overwhelmed 63-31 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Prince of Peace Eagles (Carrollton, TX)

The Eagles now possess a 13-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McKinney Christian Academy for a TAPPS 4A District 2 battle on Saturday, January 13. Prince of Peace will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 48-45 league win over Covenant (Dallas, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 14-9.

The Guard (14-7) will now prepare for their battle against All Saints Episcopal (Tyler, TX). The Trojans come into the TAPPS 4A District 2 battle with a 9-12 record. In their last battle, All Saints Episcopal was overwhelmed by Dallas Christian (Mesquite, TX), 55-44, in a league battle.
