Ohio High School Basketball - Valley Forge nipped by Buckeye

The Buckeye Bucks tipped the visiting Valley Forge Patriots basketball team by a final score of 55-48 in Tuesday's league game.

In their next game, the Bucks face the Holy Name Green Wave (Parma Heights, OH) in a Great Lakes game, on Friday, January 12. Buckeye will attempt to move on its 1-8 season record. The Green Wave enter the game with a 6-5 record after their 82-78 league win over Lakewood (Lakewood, OH).

With the defeat, Valley Forge moves to 2-8 on the year. The Patriots host Normandy (Parma, OH) to face the Invaders in a Great Lakes game on Friday, January 12. The Invaders enter the game with a record of 4-6.
