The White Plains Wildcats (Anniston, AL) basketball crushed the visiting Cherokee County Warriors (Centre, AL), 60-36 in Tuesday's league test.
The Wildcats (13-7) will now prepare for their test against Anniston (Anniston, AL). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 10-5 record. In their last test, Anniston was trounced by Handley (Roanoke, AL), 43-41, in a league test.
The Warriors now own a 0-12 record. They play next when they host Jacksonville for a 4A Area 10 bout on Thursday, January 11. Cherokee County will clash with a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 67-57 non-league win over Piedmont (Piedmont, AL). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 14-5.
