Alabama High School Basketball - Clements knocked off by Lauderdale County

The Lauderdale County Tigers basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Clements Colts to 48 in the Tigers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tigers now sport a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rogers for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 11. Lauderdale County will meet a Pirates team coming off a 53-50 league loss to Brooks (Killen, AL). The Pirates record now stands at 9-12.
The Colts (3-17) will now prepare for their contest against Elkmont (Elkmont, AL). The Red Devils enter the 3A Area 16 contest with a 4-14 record. In their last contest, Elkmont ran past Lindsay Lane Christian Academy (Athens, AL), 42-30, in a non-league contest.
