The Commerce Tigers basketball team (Commerce, TX), dropped 64-46 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Rains Wildcats (Emory, TX)
The Wildcats now possess a 15-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Edgewood for a 3A Region II District 12 battle on Friday, January 12. Rains will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 52-50 league win over Grand Saline (Grand Saline, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 14-10.
The Tigers (11-11) will now prepare for their battle against Edgewood (Edgewood, TX). The Bulldogs come into the 3A Region II District 12 battle with a 15-10 record. In their last battle, Edgewood beat Rains (Emory, TX), 54-44, in a league battle.
