With the win, Community Baptist Christian upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Kings travel to Fostoria Baptist Academy (Fostoria, MI) to clash with the Crusaders in a Michigan Christian 2 bout on Friday, January 12. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 7-2. Fostoria Baptist Academy won 55-7 in their recent league bout against Juniata Christian (Vassar, MI)

Next up, the Fire clash with the Fellowship Baptist Academy Falcons (Carson City, MI) in a Michigan Christian 2 bout, on Thursday, January 11. Immanuel Baptist will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record.
