Mulberry Yellowjackets (Mulberry, AR) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Decatur Bulldogs (Decatur, AR), 84-36 in a league bout.

With the victory, Mulberry upgrades its record to 12-12 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets host County Line (Branch, AR) to play the Indians in a 1A Region 1 West bout on Friday, January 12. The Indians come into the bout with a record of 15-10. County Line won 51-18 in their recent league bout against Thaden (Bentonville, AR)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Ozark Catholic Academy Griffins (Springdale, AR) in a 1A Region 1 West bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Decatur will attempt to upgrade on its 1-12 season record.
