Farmington Cardinals (Farmington, AR) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Shiloh Christian Saints (Springdale, AR), 86-36 in a league bout.

With the win, Farmington upgrades its record to 19-2 on the season. The Cardinals host Gentry (Gentry, AR) to play the Pioneers in a 4A Region 1 bout on Friday, January 12. The Pioneers go into the bout with a record of 3-12. Gentry lost 60-49 in their recent league bout against Huntsville (Huntsville, AR)

Next up, the Saints play the Huntsville Eagles (Huntsville, AR) in a 4A Region 1 bout, on Thursday, January 11. Shiloh Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 6-9 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 13-7 record after their 60-49 league win over Gentry (Gentry, AR).
